Hi! My flatmate is moving out at the end of the month so I’m looking for a someone to move in for 1st October.

The flat couldn’t be more central! It’s a fourth floor, fully furnished two-bedroom flat, with a large balcony, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There’s plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. The rent is £650 a month, with the expectation towards paying shared bills such as council tax, electricity and internet.

The flat is rented from a private landlord and would require a deposit before moving in.

The flat is only a few minutes’ walk away from:

• Buchanan Street Subway Station
• St Enoch Subway Station
• Glasgow Central
• Glasgow Queen Street

I work 9-5 at the office but do work the odd day from home! I would ideally be looking for someone who is a young professional who is friendly and wants to keep a clean flat.
