Lovely large single room available in peaceful family home. It has a Bed, double Wardrobe with drawers, 1 chest of drawer and shelves Shared bathroom with shower and separate cloakroom. The room has it’s own virgin media package.

This is my family home so I only want someone who is extremely clean and respectful.

I do not provide bedding for hygiene reasons. Please provide this yourself.

Excellent location between Camberley and Frimley Town Centre’s, within easy walking distance of Frimley Park Hospital and train stations.

All facilities to a very high standard of decor and hygiene. Access to kitchen for light cooking and eating arrangements. No cooking after 8 pm. Smoking permitted in Garden. No access to private lounge. It is street parking in a quiet street.

Would suit a professional person who commutes at weekends. I prefer to rent from Monday to Friday at 500 includes cleaning, but i do rent full time. Its £575 per month.

The deposit is payable on accepting the room and the last months and first months rent payable when moving in.

I have lived at my home for 20 years I have a son of 14 and 2 cats that do not go upstairs.
