Lovely large single room available in peaceful family home. It has a single bed, double Wardrobe with drawers, 1 chest of drawer and shelves Shared bathroom with shower and separate cloakroom. The room has it’s own full virgin media package.

This is my family home so I only want someone who is extremely clean and respectful.

I do not provide bedding for hygiene reasons. Please provide this yourself.

Excellent location between Camberley and Frimley Town Centre’s, within easy walking distance of Frimley Park Hospital and train stations.

All facilities to a very high standard of decor and hygiene. Access to kitchen for light cooking and eating arrangements. No cooking after 8 pm -only microwave and toaster available after 8. Smoking permitted in Garden. No access to private lounge. It is street parking in a quiet street.

Would suit a professional person who commutes at weekends. I prefer to rent from Monday to Friday at which includes cleaning, but i do rent full time aswell.

The deposit is payable on accepting the room and the last months and first months rent payable when moving in. 1 months notice required on leaving.

Smoking and raping permitted outside.

I have lived at my home for 20 years I have a son of 15 and 2 cats that do not go upstairs.
