Can accommodate a Double or King size bed but at the moment since the room isn’t occupied, I have left the room clear to conserve space.

Park a few minutes away along with scenic nature walks in close proximity.

Great public transport links as First Bus Terminus is just off the end of the street. Leeds City Centre is around 20 minutes by bus however, this would be considerably less if driving.

Room could do with a fresh lick of paint but this can be done before tenant moves in easily by myself within a day or two.
