Please note this is a tenancy swap in an agency. If you want to move earlier, this can be arranged, my current flatmate is flexible; he nearly moved out, and the moving date advertised is the contractual starting date with the agency.

Before you start to read the description, let me tell you a fun story. I moved in with my friend who fell in love and moved out, so I needed to find a flatmate. Who now fell in love and moving out. Please consider there is something in the air in the flat, or I’m just a good love-life coach 😉

Bills not included - Room unfurnished (there is a mattress and clothes rail).

The flat is on the third floor, finished by high standards, with an open living room and kitchen with wall-to-wall windows, integrated appliances and underfloor heating. You will find all the shops and amenities on the High Street. Also Tesco, M&S, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are next door. Fantastic transport links: 3-minute walk to Crossrail and DLR station and 5 min to Elizabethline. The closest bus stop is crossed the street.

You will be living with me and sharing the flat just with me. My only criteria is to be clean. I am not asking for an introduction letter, if you like the flat we can arrange a viewing and while I am showing you around we can have a conversation. Hi, my name is B. I am 33, and I am working in project management. My hobby list is concise; I like to read and clean (weird, I know). I am a very organized person, stuck to my routine, in the age where if I am willing to sacrifice my night sleep it needs ,to be worth it.
