I initially rented this room from an ad in SpareRoom, but there has been a change of plans and I will be moving to London. I need to find someone URGENTLY to replace me in this lovely 2 room flat near King’s Buildings Campus. The flat is fully furnished and ready to move in immediately. The neighborhood is very quiet and ideal for students of University of Edinburgh.

It is 5min away walking from King’s Buildings. 10min away from Cameron Toll shopping center which has a massive Aldi and Sainsbury’s, and a 24/7 gym from The Gym Group. UoE Main Campus is 15-20min away by bus.

There are a lot of bus connections (3,7,8,9,12,29,31,37,47,49) that go to the main campus and city center close to the flat.

Rent is £575pcm. Bills are not included and are equally shared with the other tenant.

Students are preferred but anyone is welcome to enquire. Deposit is 2 months rent that goes to the deposit scheme. Council tax band is C, if you are a student you are exempted and don’t have to pay.
