Quiet and Respectful Lodger wanted Double Room in Spacious Home £550 per month

We have had lodgers since 2012 and are looking for a new lodger to share our home. We must meet you to ensure you think we will be a good fit for you and we think you will be a good fit to us before we agree anything. . Double Room . A 4 bed detached property set in a quiet courtyard with plenty of free off-road parking in Taw Hill/Haydon End North Swindon. .

• Close to amenities and only a 10 min drive to the town centre, on local cycle path routes and with a bus stop just outside the courtyard there are regular busses into town . A spacious furnished double room & a large shared bathroom on the first floor with full use of the kitchen/diner and garden. (Sorry no living room available)

Included – all utility bills, unlimited broadband, full use of the kitchen including use of a small fridge, use of freezer (in the garage), cupboard space & use of the washing machine & dishwasher, Sky +HD box basic package (on request). We have a cleaner once a fortnight.

Not included - landline, television, food, bedding, towels, etc.

It’s just me and my partner and we are relaxed & easy-going with a warm, clean, tidy home. We are looking for a quiet respectful person to share our home. Must be a Pet Lover and Non-smoker

Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate. Pets / Couples / Children/and you must be in full-time employment . I require £350 as a deposit payable in advance to secure the room There is also a post tenancy £35 cleaning fee to be paid up front.
