I’m looking for a quiet and tidy, no hassle kind of person to rent my spare room.

All bills are included, just provide your own food and consumables etc. Clean and tidy house with modern kitchen and bathrooms. As long as you’re quiet, clean and tidy, and keep yourself to yourself, there won’t be a problem.

There are three friendly dogs living in the house. No smokers please. No additional pets. Get in touch if you want any more information.

The house is a 10/15 minute walk from Tipton, and Dudley Port train stations. Parking isn’t a problem and there are bus stops nearby. Tipton Leisure Centre is also at the end of the road, and there is a Co-op a 2/3 minute walk.

I live in the house with my 3 dogs, so I’m careful about who stays in the house. I’m a teacher, and like to relax watching TV in the evenings, so looking for someone quiet.
