It’s near to Tesco ,Sainsbury’s and Iceland. Near to Asian shops and Barkingside, railway station is at 5 mins walk. The minimum term is 6 months and the term will be reduced or increased based on our interest and this will be notified to the tenants one month before they have to move out.
