Faith's room

My house is a 4 bedroom terraces town house. It has a double drive and garage and a smallish garden at the back. I’m renting out one double bedroom, I also have another spare room that could be used for storage.

My living room and kitchen/dining area are quite large and shared with myself. The house is fully furnished except for the room for rent so you would only need your bedroom furniture. Can help source if need be.

I have 2 bathrooms and 1 W/C all shared. The top floor bathroom has a shower and the one on the first floor has a bath.

I live alone with my two cats and I will be the only one living at the property.

I’m faith and I work full time about 4 minutes drive away as an accountant. I do aerial hoop and pole as a hobby as well as climbing sometimes. I really enjoy hiking, movie/takeaway nights and eating out. I keep the house pretty tidy and clean. I’m pretty easy going, looking for a friend not just a room mate!

I tend to be in half of the time when I’m not at work as I’ll be out hobbying, with friends or the boyfriend. My other half has a lil one so we tend to be at his so you don’t have to worry about a bloke being in the house often at all.
