Bus rout passes Welford road, The Leicester Royal Infirmary, Queens road, London road and even stops outside the Leicester train station.
• - South Wigton train station is 3 mins by taxi/uber from our house and is great to get to Birmingham, London, and wherever you wish cross country without having to go to the main train station.

*** FIRST and foremost we are looking for someone who is extremely clean and tidy, example ; kitchen / sink and after bathroom usage, everything is wiped cleaned , sanitised / bleached and restored for next person to use. Mother has her own living quarters downstairs while the rentable bedroom and bathroom is upstairs - yet i am still very strict with cleanliness. The kind of person who will be welcomed would have to pride themselves on being, respectful clean and considerate. only people who are this way will be considered.

this bedroom is offered within our beautiful family home, it is a large sun-drenched bedroom with a large window facing sunrise, the room overlooks our lovely, private back garden [without any onlookers]. we have recently installed brand new solid wood doors with a lock and key for maximum privacy. the room also features new carpets and is conveniently located next to our newly renovated, high-spec quality bathroom with an art deco-inspired design.

we are seeking a responsible professional or a respectful international student to rent this bedroom in our beautiful family home. the home is shared by myself, and my disabled mother, and our two lovely outdoor cats. mother has downstairs with her own private bedroom and bathroom while upstairs is reserved for myself and room renters. we are looking for a responsible renter who will care for these spaces as our family has done for generations. it is also important that the renter is sensitive to sharing our home with the queen of the household, my disabled mother, for whom i am the primary caretaker.

Mother and I live at this; our beautiful family home, we have 2 outdoor cats. Mother has her own wing to the house with her own bedroom and bathroom on the first / lower floor. lodgers would have the upstairs. upstairs is the grand bathroom and bedrooms.
