Spacious spare room up for rent on the new city fields estate. Currently only has a single bed but there’s is space for a double if preferred. Lots of storage available. Shared open plan kitchen and living room. Easy access for motorways. 5 minutes drive from pinderfields hospital. Must be ok with pets.

I am a 25 year old female and I live in my 2 bed house with my dog and 3 cats so would ideally like someone who is happy with pets. I work shifts at the LGI and like to make the most of my days off out and about so I’m rarely at home.
