Off-road parking available for one car.

I’m looking for a reliable professional who’s clean and tidy.

The rent is £650.00 per calendar month (all bills included) due on the 1st of each month.

Available from 1st September.

References required from current employer (or bank statement) and previous landlord.

First months rent of £650.00 and deposit of one month’s rent (£650.00) due before occupancy.

Monday to Friday lets considered if you are able to block-book.

You will be sharing with myself as a live-in landlord and my 4 year old dog, so being a dog-lover is a must.
