I am a live-in landlord looking to rent my spare room to a student or a professional for £475 per month.
It is a lovely purpose built block of 4 flats in new build bannerbrook area of Coventry, only 15 mins drive to city and close to transport links to Birmingham with nearest train station (Tile Hill) less than a mile away.
The room is unfurnished with private lock.It also has a small built in wardrobe.
You will have full access shared areas including the kitchen with shared washing machine, dishwasher, built in new cooker and hob and fridge freezer. Vacuum cleaner and living/dining room. Please note, the bathroom will be shared. Male or Female female tenants fine
Viewings are compulsory. Bills are included in the rent. Non-smokers only and references required.
About the roomies
I am a 39 year old male live in-in landlord, and I am the only other person living in the property. I am professional working and will be out property from 6am to 6pm. I am relaxed and respect others space.
