Deepfield Way

I am a working mom who is moving overseas for two years, but plan to return home every month or so for a week at a time. While away, I am looking to rent two fully furnished, large double bedrooms in my three bedroom terraced house in coulsdon woods (I will stay in the third smaller room while in town). There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen/diner patio and garden.

Coulsdon woods is a leafy and quiet neighbourhood a short walk into Coulsdon high street, with lots of on street parking, The house is a 15min walk to Coulsdon South & 5min to Coulsdon town, both with regular trains to London, well serviced by Bus 466 and 60.

The master bedroom is 800pcm and the smaller room 750pcm. Ideally, I am looking for female tenants for both rooms, but will consider couples in the larger room (+£150 pcm) and pets (+£50pcm each). I am looking for longer stay tenants, with a minimum 6 month commitment and a maximum of two years. I require a one month deposit in advance of moving in. Proof of income and references are required.

I am a 44 year-old Academic who enjoys dogs, walks in nature and reading. I have not secured any tenants as of yet, but there will be myself, and one other tenant in the property
