Please bear in mind that the state of the room will not be the same as the pictures when you receive it. It will be fully emptied, cleaned and vacuumed before your arrival day The biggest advantage to this flat is the low energy bills as the flat is warm enough from the heat produced by the 2 flats below so we will only need to turn the radiators on occasionally. The flat is always cleaned on a weekly basis and therefore you would expected to clean up after yourself after you use the kitchen and so on.

It will just be me who will be very busy with work and more often in my room than not. I have 2 adorable cats who will equally leave you alone if you wish for them to. But are extremely affectionate if you wish to interact and bond with them.
