Room available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Shoreditch.
Perfectly located with lots of Cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Easy access to Shoreditch High Street, Old Street and Liverpool Street stations.
Available from 15th September.
The room is furnished and suitable for working from home. The flat has a large living room with TV, sofas etc and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher & washing machine.
Bills are not included (~£150 including Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax & WiFi).
My current flatmate is planning to move out, so I am looking for someone to replace him around mid September. We have been living here for almost a year and the current contract with the agency lasts until October 2024.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with me, a 27 year old professional from Germany working in Finance - I’m clean and friendly, like to socialise with my flatmates but also respect their privacy. Looking for a similar minded professional in their mid twenties to early thirties. No couples, kids and pets please.
