Rosie's room

This is a modern 3 storey 4 bed townhouse in Tytherington. Walk to AZ along Middlewood Way footpath in 10 minutes, Macclesfield town centre in 30 mins. Parking available. On the ground floor there’s a kitchen/dining, and a garden. On the middle floor a bedroom and a large lounge, and on the top floor 3 bedrooms, one used as an office, and a bathroom. I’m looking to let a large top floor furnished bedroom with private bathroom. It has a comfy king size bed, reclining sofa, and drawers. Additional furniture can be provided. (The second double en suite bedroom could also be available if there’s 2 people looking for rooms together.) The mid floor bedroom is my own, when I’m home (more of that later) and will be locked.

About me. I live abroad for much of the year, and so, although I’m a “live in” landlady, I’m away a lot. When I’m back in the UK, I spend some of my time in the property but also time visiting family.
