Flat: 3 mins from Aldi and M&S. direct access door, one flight of stairs, two double bedrooms; hallway, with storage; shared living room with flat screen TV, dining table and chairs; galley kitchen with washing machine and electric cooker. Small shared garden and sheds, the latter of which I intend to put a running machine in and you could store a bike in.

Council tax band is the lowest. Plenty on street free parking. Property is currently let until mid September.

Your room is currently pink (“fresh plaster”!) but could be painted a colour of your choosing, it has a built in wardrobe (a medium size), a lovely double copper bed, and a bureau. We could take the bureau out if you want to put something else in. We have picture rails so you can customise your room as you like without damaging the walls.

Me: I am a mature (but young at heart) student and professional, who will be working (office and home based) whilst also going to uni and will try and keep my head down and focus whilst at home, but that doesn’t mean I don’t also like a good chat - am a bit of an ambivert. Hobbies: singing, walking, yoga, nature, organising cupboards, reading, people watching, sitting on the back of a motorbike, gin, wine.

My husband and I own the property, and I intend to be there term time Sun-Thursday nights, with occasional weekends (summer time = rarely - you would have the place to yourself, mostly). Occasionally my husband will stay also. We are ok with you having a partner or friend over sometimes. We have elderly neighbours downstairs so the lodger needs to be respectful of this.
