We are looking for a third person to join our flat. You have a private room with built in wardrobe and blind on the window. There is also a bed frame and mattress if you wanted it or can come without. Shared spaces include bathroom (with bath), living room, hall, kitchen and private garden. As well as parking and a shared garden with others in the building. It is a friendly community with great links to Central London.

We are looking for one person between the ages of 23 and 34 to rent with us (2 females, 26). Looking for someone laid back that will do their bit to keep the place clean and tidy. Wanting a friend as well as a flatmate. Contract would be for 12 months and bills are split evenly 3 ways.
