You will have your own equal sized bedroom (as seen in the photos), the house is very nice with parking and a rear garden. Seeking a tidy room mate who will do there fair share of the cleaning & washing up without the need to argue. The bedroom has my current room mates things in the photos, it will be empty when you arrive.

I am a professional double glazier who is out the house most of the day, I train at the gym in the evening and go boxing 3 nights a week. I am tidy and clean and looking for a room mate who is the same who i can get along with. We will go 50/50 on all rent and bills which are not too expensive.
