For rent is a double bedroom situated in Basingstoke. Has local amenities within a 5 minute walk and the town centre is roughly 2.5 miles away.

The bedroom is half furnished with a bed, as you can see from the pictures and will come with a shared bathroom.

There is no designated parking as my car proceeds to take up the 1 available space each flat is given but there is some off road parking in some areas.

I am a live in landlord so I will be present living in the property. I work weekdays 12pm -8pm so I’m out of the way for majority of the weekdays, I like to keep my flat tidy and clean so a likeminded person would be ideal.
