I have a double room available for rent from 1st September 2023 in a clean, lovely family home. University, local supermarkets (Morrisons, Aldi, and other local shops) and schools are all close by and within walking distance. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. I am looking for a female who is planning to rent long term. No couples. No pets. All bills included. One months rent for deposit is required. Parking available.

I also have a double bedroom available in the same house.
