About the room
Hi, I’m looking to find a flatmate for my 2 bed 2 bath flat in Woolwich. My current flatmate is moving out by end of August 2023.
The flat is very spacious with two balconies, amazing river view and plenty of sunlight.
The room available has got a nice wardrobe and is a double bed room, comes with mattress, side table. The bathroom is available fully for personal use, with no sharing required. This room also has space to fit an office desk for work from home purpose.
Share in rent would be £1225 monthly (bills not included) however, Bills are really negligible.
The property is newly built and we were the first tenants. The agreement ends on 23rd February, 2024, but in case everything suits well, I’m willing to renew it for another year( the property is really amazing, thus see no problem in extending it)

About me- I’m from India and moved to London in beginning of 2022, work in Canary Wharf for an investment bank. I work from home 2-3 days a week.
