The village is quiet with just a really nice pub which also serves good food. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to Tesco or 15/20 minute walk to Sainsbury’s (or a few minutes in the car for a ‘big’ shop). Penzance is about 1 1/2 miles distant with mainline rail service with direct services to London, Bristol, Wales, Manchester, Birmingham, Scotland and many more. There are lots of interesting shops alongside the usual and the typical seaside offerings. Plus, Penzance gives you transport to the Isles of Scilly by helicopter, ferry or light aircraft. Lands End is 10 miles away, The Lizard about 25 miles away. Truro 45 minutes drive.

In all, a great place to live and my house is just a 15 minute walk to the sea offering a wonderful walk to Marazion and St. Michael’s mount.
