Great house with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is very spacious) a large kitchen and dining area with a seperate living room, utility room, entry hall and outdoor area.

Located just off of Albert Road, opposite a co-op and just down the road from other convenient shops such as the post office and cafes. Duncan road is on the University free bus route which makes it ideal for students, as well as the number 2 bus which can take you all around the city including Gunwarf.

There are currently two other occupants, both renters. One is a male student aged 20 and the other a female professional aged 24. They are neat, clean and friendly, looking for another like minded person.
