Marywell Street

I am a year 1 student starting at Aberdeen Uni in September looking for a flatmate (male or female) to share a 2 bedroom flat at Marywell Street in the city centre. Rent would be £350 not including bills. The flat consists of 2 big double bedrooms of a similar size, a bathroom with overhead and hand held shower, a spacious kitchen and a living room. The boiler is new, kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big tv. It’s a really nice flat that the owner is just about to move out of for a few years so it’s a home already.

The flat is about a 10 min cycle away from the uni and is right beside the bus and train station but is also not loud as it is on a quiet street. The bus stop on Union Street provides bus routes 1 & 2 which take you to the sports village and the uni. There are plenty of local supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco a couple minutes up the road.

I’m quiet, I don’t smoke and would prefer someone who also doesn’t, I don’t really drink but if you’d want a drink then that’s no problem at all and I’d probably join you. I am a ‘gamer’ but I play football and basketball too. I’m also mainly vegetarian but eat some fish. I’d expect us both to do equal amounts of cleaning up after cooking etc.
