Gated building / complex at 198-200 Chapeltown Road in Leeds. Safe area with access to any amenities. Two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living area. Close to the city centre. Parking, washer and drier in included. Has a dishwasher and is fully furnished. Already have wifi, energy and water set up and we could discuss splitting those utilities. I am a 30 year old law student in my final year. I’m originally from Canada and decided to go abroad for a fresh experience in the UK. I love to read, travel, and watch movies, and spend most of my time studying either at the flat or on campus. I also love to cook and would be more than happy to have shared meals or go out exploring.
