a double room is available between 7th August - 10th October. Looking for a professional working 9-5, clean and tidy.
It is a 2 bedroom flat with a spacious living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. The bathroom is recently refurbished. The kitchen has a toaster, oven, smoothie maker, and a dining table
The room has a double bed with a very comfy mattress (which I recently purchased), a two-door wardrobe, a desk, and a chair.
The room is quiet and very bright as it is facing south.
It is not a party house so it would suit someone not looking to have parties or big gatherings.
Rent: £650 per month Bills: £150 per month Deposit: £200
