Hello!

I have a flat in North Kelvinside that borders on Maryhill and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share it with :)

Unfortunately, I need to limit the flat to students only (Council tax reasons)

My flat is in North Kelvinside and it borders on Maryhill. It’s a really nice area with a beautiful canal walk on its doorstep, the botanic gardens is also a very short walk away. There’s the Hillhead subway that’s pretty close by if you want quick access to the city centre, I actually in the city centre and walking/cycling never feels like much of a hassle.

I got the flat in Dec 2022 and so I still plan on adding a lot more detail to the flat to make it more homely (plants/art/shelves/ornaments etc). However, here’s some things that will be happening over the next few months! The curtains in your bedroom will be replaced and there will be new curtains fitting in the living room. I’ll also be fitting a breakfast bar table that will sit above the two stools that can be seen in the kitchen photo.

Rent is 525 a month which excludes bills, bills aren’t much, let me know if you’d like me to break down what a typical summer or winter month looks like!

I’m a 29 year old music business student/music producer from the north east of Scotland. I’m a super laid back individual and I like to spend a lot of my time making music in my studio and going to gigs/socialising. I used to be a personal trainer and I’ve also worked in the mental health sector so I care a lot about keeping healthy as well! I decided to make a career change last year cause i’ve always thought that music is pretty cool. It would be cool if you also thought that music is cool.

In terms of the flat, I’m a clean and tidy person and i’ll always be respectful of your space. I really enjoy being sociable but I also love being cooped up in the studio making music.
