Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract on 159 Forest Road. It is an 8 minute walk from Loughborough and already has 5 friendly student roomates looking for a newbie to join. I have just found a placement, hence why I am looking for someone to take my space. Only £145 per week with all bills included and space for a car on the driveway if required. It is a fully furnished house with an open place spacious living room and kitchen space. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with a TV, a double bed, desk and chair, as well as plenty of storage. The age range is between 18-20 year old 2nd year students who are all very easygoing, sociable and clean, especially in communal spaces. Some of the tenants are into art and design, whilst others are sports and science enthusiasts.
