The kitchen and bathrooms are all newly renovated (it was literally done last month!). The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. We’ve got a bar table in the kitchen and a dining room table for dining spaces. We have a small balcony that has a table and some chairs for outdoor drinks/dining. Both bathrooms have their own shower and toilet!

The flat is in a great location 8 minute walk from Vauxhall station (tube, bus and train), plus a 10-minute walk from Oval tube station. There is a big Tesco really close to the flat (just under 5 minutes walking) and a big Sainsbury and Waitrose a 15-20 min walk away. The flat is also close to Vauxhall pleasure gardens and nice cafes/pubs.

Hey there! I’m Margot and I’m currently in the final year of my PhD in a biology-related subject at King’s College London. I’m half Dutch half Mexican but before moving to London I lived in Shanghai for 8 years (I’ve now lived in London since 2016). I love to cook, go for runs/cycles around the area and go to the local pubs for drinks. I normally don’t work from home as I am lab-based but this will most likely change from January onwards as I’ll be writing up my thesis. I’m looking for someone to do fun things in London with and socialize within the flat but also someone that will respect the space.
