Lauren's room

I live in my spacious 3 bedroom flat with my 4 year old. The available room is 2m x 3.4m. The square footage of the room meets double room requirements, but it is half a metre shy width wise of double room specifications. The kitchen, bathroom and living room would be shared but the living room is often occupied by my child. I have a 40“ tv spare that I would be willing to give to a tennant for their room if you they are able to wall mount it themselves or buy a stand. American fridge freezer so plenty of room for food shopping. The room has a storage unit and a clothes rail but would need a bed. For this reason i would not take a safety deposit to allow you to buy a bed for the room which you may take with you or sell if/when moving out. I cannot accept anyone with pets as i have a cat who is very timid in nature so cannot live with other pets. Shared access of washing machine. Due to having a young child i could not permit visitors to stay overnight midweek but would allow overnight stays on weekends when my child stays with relatives. 9 minute walk to canal train station which goes to glasgow and 19 minute walk to gilmour street train station which goes to glasgow and many other other area’s. 18 minute walk to UWS paisley campus. 15 minute walk to Royal Alexandria Hospital. Right next to a busy bus route and 10 minute walk into Paisley town centre where there are many nice places to eat and drink.

I live here with my 4 year old child. I work part time so spend 2/3 days out of the house at my work place and my child attends nursery 5 days. My child stays with relatives at weekends and would be happy for tennants to have guests over on these days. I am easy going and easy to get along with.
