Hi! We are looking for someone to join us in our current house 2 minutes away from Southfields Station and the main street. Which also is very quiet throughout the day and night. The area is close to many beautiful parks and between the Wimbledon and Putney area.

It is a single bedroom. It is fairly small but with good closet space and your own bathroom on the ground floor.

The house counts with a large kitchen which also works as a living room area. It is also a new build and we are the first people living there, so everything is very modern and in good condition.

This is available to join on the 23 of September for a 1 year contract.

Bear in mind that the advertised rent does not include bills and you should allocate at least 100gbp per month for that.
