Double furnished bedroom in a modern, clean and tidy house. Shared use of kitchen/diner, bathroom and garden. Parking is available for one vehicle on the driveway. Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and WiFi included. Professional female preferred. Must like dogs and cats as there is 2 of each living in the property. We are approximately 5 miles from Peterborough City Centre and the Train Station (only 50 minutes to London Kings Cross by train), close to bus stops with great transport links. There is a supermarket, convenience stores, takeaways and pubs within walking distance.

We are a friendly young at heart couple (husband & wife), we get along with all age groups and are sociable people but also enjoy time to ourselves. We have 2 dogs who like being fussed but sleep most of the time and 2 cats that are anti social lol. We are looking to share our home with someone who is clean, tidy, happy to socialise but also have space to themselves.
