Brightwell Walk

We have 1 double room available in our 3 bed flat in the Northern Quarter of Central Manchester. The bedroom is a large, fully furnished double and has a small balcony. You will have access to a fully fitted kitchen, lovely spacious living room, and shared bathroom.

The house is in a great location, just off Tib Street - You’re a stones throw away from independent bars, shops, transport links… you couldn’t ask for a better location! Despite being in the centre, it is actually very quiet, there’s never any trouble, and the properties have a secure gated entrance.

The price is including all bills: council tax, wifi, gas, elec, TV license, water. Deposit is 1 month rent that will be refunded upon leaving the property. Sorry, no first time house sharers, couples or children.

We ask that whoever is moving in with us is respectful of the shared space, and cleans up after themselves- general policy is clean up your dishes before leaving the room or at least make a pile so others can use the facilities. We have had problems in the past with a dirty messy housemate so no lazy slobs please!!

You will be joining our little quirky household of JJ & Jacky. I’m JJ, gay, female, 32, artist, world traveller and starting my own business around empowering women. I like to skate, rollerblade, play music (currently I only have an acoustic guitar but you’re welcome to use it!) and board & video games. Jacky is 38, from Hong Kong, has a business in HK and is taking steps to study sports management/business. He likes movies, cooking, Marvel, board & video games, and is a big football and Manchester United fan (but we still love him anyway 😂).

We usually hang out together in the evenings playing 80s&90s video games together with a smoke and a drink or 2. The flat isn’t really a party flat, but we both like to go out and have a good time, and have the occasional party / friends over for music & drinks. We hope you join us!
