Greengate

I currently live in Greengate Salford M3 1NQ and my current flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for a new flatmate so I can rent a new flat as I can’t stay in the same flat.

I’ve spoken with my landlord and will be staying in the same building just a different room.

The room available is a double bedroom you will have your own bathroom being the main bathroom in the flat.

The apartment is 10 minute’s walk from Manchester city center 5 minutes walk give or take from the Victoria station.

There is an onsite gym, an open space yard, a reception where you can work from if you chose, and a 24hrs concierge so you never miss a parcel

The flat comes with a washing machine-dryer and a dishwasher.

My preference is a male and a professional, but I am flexible on both.

The tenancy starts on 06/08/2023 and is valid for 12 months.

I’m a professional working in the city and I like the location of this place and would rather not move. I am quiet and chilled person I do like to go out and have fun with my friends

I am also a clean person and understand how important personal space is as both are important to me so you don’t have to worry about either
