Lillo's room

We are two GAY GUYS living in the same house looking for a third one.

The room is for ONE PERSON ONLY.

THE PROPERTY

Property is a “flat” with three bedrooms on the ground floor of a single house in Haringey. It is located at 3 minutes’ walk from the Mall of Wood Green (Shopping Centre) and several shops along the High Street towards Turnpike Lane station.

At 7 minutes’ walk from Wood Green under-ground Station on the Piccadilly line. At 10 minutes’ walk from Turnpike Lane underground station on the Piccadilly line. At 12 minutes’ walk from Hornsey Train station of the National Rails. At 15 minutes’ walk from Alexandra palace train station of the Great Northern Rails. Only 5 minutes’ walk from ALL bus stop deserving well central London and main areas (232, 121, 221, 29, N29, 329, 141, W3, 41, 144, 67, 230, W4, 123, 243, 444, 231, 184.

The house is on two floors, but we use only the ground floor.

The kitchen is comfortable and has 2 fridges, a stove, a traditional oven, a washing machine, and a pantry. Also, we have microwave, toaster, kettle and so on. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, lumber-room, garden, indoor garden.

In the indoor garden, there is the space to put some stuff as for example a bike or a motorcycle, if you need it.

In the house, there are all services that you need to live: Water, Gas, Electricity, Internet Wi-Fi connection, TV license included, recycling service, heaters during the winter.

The heating system (included in the price) is available 24h-24h (from October 25th to April 25th). The temperature of the radiators is regulated automatically according to the temperature inside and outside the house in order to have maximum comfort at any time of the day! (Usually, in normal apartments, the heating stops at around 10 pm!

This is one of the great advantages of choosing a house).

Finally, the bills include all maintenance costs, except for damage to property caused by the people who live in the house.

THE ROOM It is a large, bright and comfortable double room of 4,30m x 2,80m. The double-room is FURNISHED. Anyway, the landlord can take out a bed, wardrobe, and other furniture if you need it. You can arrange the furniture as you prefer, without any limitations except damages to the wooden floor, walls, and openings.

The room must be taken for at least three months. You must let us know that you want to leave the room one month earlier. You must let us know if you want to stay for more than three months.

Room and all bills are included for one person only. You can have guests, taking care to do not disturb others or create problems in the house. It is not allow having other people living with you. The most important thing, silence is required during the night-time, it means 11:00 pm to 8:00 am in the summertime and 10:30 pm to 7:30 am in the wintertime.

We are not smokers. We do not use drugs. We do not want pets.

The room is for ONE PERSON ONLY.

House and property must keep clean and tidy every time.
