Kate's room

Due to unforeseen change in current room mate circumstances I am looking for an easy going professional female to share my house. Its a character cottage with a reasonable sized garden located in a tucked away location within Marchwood. The house has a good sized lounge plus other reception rooms, downstairs shared bathroom etc. Ideally looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors and keeping fit and doesn’t mind living with my x2 dogs! (They will be downstairs only) Would be great to have a friendly environment with someone like minded. There is room to store any water sports / activity gear in the garage if required. I am happy for someone to have friends/family over but I would not expect a boyfriend/girlfriend to be staying over regularly. Marchwood sailing club is close by and the New Forest National Park just a 5 minute car trip. Local beaches also not far etc. The property is in council tax band B. There is local bus network to Southampton and Hythe. The terrace has a good bunch of neighbours with a small community veg garden and we do have the odd burn up! Its just me and my two dogs, I am a keen horse rider and have competed regularly to national level for quite a few years but also enjoy all manor of water sports, get stuck in to the gardening and grow some veg in my garden and with the neighbours in our community veg patch!
