The apartment is quite spacious with a large living room, kitchen, balcony looking over the Quays, and a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub for the room. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. are all included. The room has a queen sized bed, wardrobe, and some basic furniture. Apartment comes with a dedicated parking space in the parking garage downstairs. Super fast (1GBit) internet and wired connection to both rooms and living room + WiFi. Bin storage downstairs so no more worrying about bin day. There is a tram stop right outside the flat so easy access to Unis in town, 10min walk to Salford Uni too. 178£ / week or 715£ / month, paid monthly. Images/viewing can be arranged on inquiry. Uni students (I study at MMU) / young professionals are preferred.
