Bayswater Mount

Room is Double attic Bedroom Double bed is only furniture in room. the house itself is 4 floors. in the basement is massive kitchen, with all appliances fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Floor above is entrance via front door plus living room with fire, 80“ Tv and sky/netflix/amazon and Disney plus. floor above is bathroom and my room and then attic room above with storage room next to it. House is back-to-back situated in Hrehills close to bus routes into town, local shops and take aways are also walking distance plus close to local park.

I work full time, I do have two dogs who are friendly and like meeting new people as they small dogs and they will want to become your friends. we have good neighbours who are friendly and will look out for each other as very close. I am gay and I do have parties in my room and its pretty high if know what mean and they can go on all night so ideally someone who gay and ok with that who will be welcoming to join
