I have a double room available for rent from today in my clean, lovely family home. Local supermarkets (Morrisons, Aldi, and other local shops),schools, local pharmacies, and gyms are all close by and within walking distance (RG2 area). The town centre is approximately 25 minutes’ walk, and there are also bus routes.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared. I am looking for females who are planning to rent long term. No couples. No pets. Bills included (gas, water, electricity, and council tax). One months rent for deposit is required. Parking available.
I also have another double room available in the same house in April.
