Leamington Terrace

On the mouth of the Meadows, this flat falls on the doorstep of Bruntsfield’s high street. This excellent location is furthered by its close proximity to the University of Edinburgh and Napier University, so it is perfect for student living. It’s also very close to some bus stops. Inside, the high ceilings and natural light create a very calming environment, with plenty of storage space (large cupboard in the hallway). The advertised bedroom has recently been re-carpeted and painted, and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is sizeable, already fitted with everything you could need, including some crockery and utensils. While we don’t have a living room, we have two sofas that we share to make the flat a more sociable space! Considering all of this, the rent is incredibly low, and we believe it to be a bit of a bargain!

We are ideally looking for a female to stay throughout the duration of Semester 2, able to move in on either the 30th of November or the 30th of December :)

Our property is on the first floor and is currently inhabited by three female 2nd year undergraduate students: Abby - from Northern Ireland, studying French and Spanish, Rhianna - from the Highlands, studying Medicine, & Elsa - from Leeds, studying French and Spanish.

We are very friendly, open-minded girls who always do our best to maintain a comfortable and supportive environment in the flat. We consider ourselves to be responsible and mature, and we will definitely value your opinion on things and respect your privacy. We welcome all types of people, international or local, with all sorts of interests!
