I have a 3 bedroom house and looking to share with someone working in professional services. The room for rent has a double bed and cupboards, and the 3rd room is a study with a spare bed for guests. I own the house and happy for you to decorate your room as you wish, and share the workspace if you do hybrid working. The garden is quite large and I enjoy a braai and socialising. There are also a number of great restaurants and bars in the area. There’s easy access to Raynes Park station and Wimbledon Chase with a bus route to Wimbledon just at the end of our street. Looking for someone between the ages of 35 - 45 who shares common interests. Rent includes all bills including council tax, 1 month deposit required, 6 month minimum rental and can go on to a rolling basis if needed.

A bit about me: I’m 42 and work in accounting, a keen hockey player and run to keep fit. I enjoy watching sport and various series, relaxing with a beer and being active when the weather permits.
