About the room
Hello. Its a Classic Ensuite is available for tenancy takeover at Kyle Park House from 19th June 2023 to 26th August 2023. A very ideal place for students looking for a place to say at over the summer.
It’s a 10 minutes to University of Strathclyde, and 6-7 minutes walk to GCU.
You’d be sharing the flat with 3 other flatmates who are all amazing people! They are from East Europe and South Asia, so you get to make a diverse set of friends while you live here.
George Square is hardly a 10 minute walk, and Tesco is 7 minutes walk as well. To buy groceries in bulk, there’s an Aldi close by as well! To purchase groceries for South Asian food, there 3-4 shops near by, 5 minutes walk :)
As far as transport links are concerned, Buchanan Bus Station is a 7 minute walk, and Subway Station (the one at Buchanan St and Cowcaddens) is at walking distance too. Queen Street Train Station is also a 10 minute walk from the accommodation.
The place is very well suited for students who’d want to enjoy uni life and the city life hand in hand!
