Old codger (Owner, retired laser technician) who spends most of his time in Spain. Still refurbishing, so sitting room, not really usable. Both price (per lodger) and length of stay negociable depending if female couple sharing or individual). My son, daughter or their friends turn up to stay the night occasionally using my bedroom whilst visiting London for gigs. Female flatmate has cat and kitten and would have to approve new lodger.
