Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to replace myself in our lovely flat in Stoke Newington, since I’ve decided to move in with my boyfriend. I will be sad to leave the flat and my two amazing flatmates!

• £1100pm (without bills but they’re split between 3 and very affordable) • available from 27 june • about 1 year of tenancy left

We are ideally looking for a female in their 20s. This is a LGBT friendly flat.

The room itself is very spacious. It comes part-furnished (with mounted smart TV, bed, shelves and a mirror on the wall). The wardrobe was purchased by me but happy to leave it for a very small price! The desk will be coming with me but can leave the chair as well.

We have a small front room with a large sofa and a projector to watch films, two other bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine and a kitchen with one large and one small fridge.

Transport: 10 min walk to either Stoke Newington or Clapton overground! Loads of buses, including night buses (73, 149, 67, 276, 243, 108, 76, 393 which stops right outside the flat) Nearest tube Manor House or Seven Sisters via overground

10 min walk to Stoke Newington Church Street with loads of independent shops and cafes! 20 min walk to either Hackney Downs or Clissold Park 🩷
