The property is located in a lush green part of South east London. It is a spacious double room with a lot of light as there are large windows. It is fully furnished. It has no en suite but the flat is shared with one other. It is 5 minutes from Crystal Palace park. It is close to 4 mainline train stations into London and Kent and 5 minutes to the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pubs and a cinema walking distance away. There is parking that is included in the rent.

I am Preshanthi a professional woman who loves cooking, baking, music, reading, going for walks, museums, art, films and generally hanging out with friends. I like to socialise but also like my space and would like a flatmate who is clean, neat, respectful of the property, friendly and who would like to have a chat about current affairs, life and share experiences. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, electric oven and Microwave. The area is safe and the neighbours are very nice.
