Niall's room

The room is a furnished double with in-built mirrored wardrobe. There is a large window which has nice views over the fields in the distance. Standard double bed, mattress, bedside table, desk and chair included. You will have your own bathroom to use, which includes a shower and bath (see photos).

The apartment is 2 bed and 2 bathroom. There is a large shared kitchen/living room, with dining area, TV area and workout zone including treadmill and weights. Washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven available. There is no dishwasher at present but looking to include this in the future. Apartment is heated using gas central heating. Management fee and rates included in rent. Electric, gas and broadband around £50 p/m.

There is one car parking space per apartment. We can take it in turns to use this space if you have a car. Bus routes within easy walking distance.

There is an enclosed garden surrounding the block. It is shared with the other two apartments but is private to the block.

I am 35 years old and single. Recently returned to Northern Ireland having lived in England since 2008. I work in a professional role in the legal sector and WFH most days. I live with my 9 month old cocker spaniel puppy Zoe. She is very friendly and welcoming. I am social and laid back but ask that the communal areas are kept clean.
