The flat is in a great location just behind squinty bridge, 25 mins walk from central station, 5 mins from Finneston, 25 mins walk from Glasgow University and right opposite the Raddison Red, SSE Hydro and a few other restaurants and bars.

I am looking for a female professional preferably between the ages of 20-25 but not exclusively. The individual would need or be clean and tidy and keep the flat looking a as it did when they moved in, however pets are something that could be considered if I am able to meet them and they are a good fit.
