We are looking for a flatmate as one of us is leaving due to his job relocation. We require someone that could stay for a minimum period of 6 months and hopefully even longer, depending on their preference.

Location: The High Line- Emblem house, E14 6UD. Nearest station: Langdon park DLR, right opposite our building (5 sec. walk).

Rent: £1150/month Utilities: excluded

Amenities: A fully furnished house with washing and drying machine, oven, hob, refrigerator, sofa, dining table and spacious balcony with a fantastic view. We have a gym access in our building, a study/party lounge, a meeting room (to be booked in advance)

Room to rent: A single room with queen size bed, you will have your own separate bathroom that comes with a bathtub.

Requirement: Urgent as we have to tell our property facilitator if we will add any new flatmate to our contract. Move-in date: July 2023
